Terms of Service
These terms govern reservations and transportation provided by NYC Luxury Sprinter.
Reservations
A reservation is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us. Please provide accurate passenger counts, timing and locations; changes may affect availability and pricing.
Pricing
Quoted rates are all-in estimates including gratuity, tax, tolls and card processing, rounded to the nearest $10. Additional charges may apply for wait time beyond the agreed window, extra stops, tolls on unplanned routes, or excessive cleaning.
Cancellations & changes
Standard reservations may be changed or cancelled with reasonable notice. Weddings, holidays, multi-vehicle events and peak dates carry specific terms confirmed at booking. Contact dispatch as early as possible for any change.
Passenger conduct
For everyone’s safety, passengers must wear seat belts where provided and follow the chauffeur’s reasonable instructions. Alcohol is permitted only for guests 21 and over where the vehicle configuration allows; unlawful activity is prohibited.
Liability
We provide chauffeured transportation with due care but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions or other factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
